2. Personal information we collect
Contact and order information
Name, email address, phone number, billing address, shipping address, order history, and records of returns, exchanges and refunds.
Payment information
Card details are entered directly into our payment processor's secure form and never reach our systems. We receive a payment confirmation, the last four digits and the card type.
Account information
Username, encrypted password and saved preferences, where you create an account.
Customer support information
Whatever you include in your message, plus your email address.
Sizing and fit information. Where you ask us for help choosing a size, you may tell us your usual size, the brand it's from, or your own measurements. We use that only to answer your question and keep it with the support correspondence — we don't build a profile from it or use it for marketing.
Device and usage information
IP address, browser type, device details, pages and products viewed, referring site, and how you interact with the site.
Marketing preferences — whether you've opted in to promotional communications.

Business transfers. If Marlenna is involved in a merger, acquisition, restructuring or sale of assets, your personal information may be included as part of that transaction.
6. Information leaving Colorado
Our service providers operate in various locations, and some process personal information outside Colorado or outside the United States.
Where that happens, we require appropriate contractual protections before information is transferred.
7. Targeted advertising and your opt-out rights
We don't exchange personal information for direct monetary payment.
However, when advertising and analytics technologies run, information about your browsing reaches advertising partners. Under the Colorado Privacy Act that counts as targeted advertising, and in some states as "sharing" or a "sale" — regardless of whether payment changes hands.
You have the right to opt out. To do so:

- Adjust your cookie or privacy preferences on this site
- Enable a universal opt-out mechanism in your browser — we honor Global Privacy Control and other signals recognized by the Colorado Attorney General, as Colorado law requires
- Email us at support@marlenna.com with "Opt Out" in the subject line
You can also opt out industry-wide at optout.aboutads.info or networkadvertising.org.
We don't process the personal data of anyone under 16 for targeted advertising.
8. How long we keep your information

Where a dispute or legal claim is live, the relevant records stay as long as needed. Otherwise they're securely deleted or stripped of anything identifying.
9. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of these rights:
Access — confirm whether we process your personal data and obtain a copy
Correct — fix anything inaccurate or incomplete
Delete — request deletion, except records we're legally required to keep
Portability — receive your data in a portable, readily usable format
Opt out of targeted advertising, sale, or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects — see section 7
Appeal — have a declined request reconsidered
Non-discrimination — we won't charge you different prices or refuse service for exercising these rights
These rights aren't absolute and may be subject to limitations, exceptions and identity verification.
10. How to make a request, and how to appeal
To make a request: email support@marlenna.com with "Privacy Request" in the subject line.
We'll verify your identity — usually by confirming details of a recent order — and respond within 45 days. Where a request is complex we may take a further 45 days and will tell you why within the first period.
You may authorize an agent to act on your behalf. We'll require proof of that authority.
There's no charge for a privacy request.
If we decline your request
You can appeal. Reply to our decision with "Appeal" in the subject line, and a different member of our team will review it.
We'll respond to an appeal within 45 days, explaining the reasons for our decision.
If your appeal is denied, you may contact the Colorado Attorney General at coag.gov to submit a complaint. We'll include that information in any denial we send you.
11. How we protect your information
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, misuse, loss and disclosure — including SSL/TLS encryption across the site, access limited to staff who need it, and a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor.
No online platform can guarantee complete security. Please never send card details or security codes by email — we will never ask you to.
We recommend keeping your account credentials confidential.
If a breach affecting your personal information occurs, we'll notify you within 30 days, as C.R.S. 6-1-716 requires, and notify the Colorado Attorney General where the law requires it.
12. Children's privacy
Our site isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their personal information.
If you're a parent or guardian and believe a child has provided us with information, contact us and we'll delete it.
13. Third-party websites
Our site may link to websites and platforms operated by others. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content, security or privacy practices.

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices, our services or the law.
